The charming Winters Barn has a gorgeous rustic feel and can suit any size of wedding from intimate gatherings to 150 ceremony guests and up to 200 reception guests. For added convenience there is overnight accommodation included onsite for the bride and groom. The barn is located in large grounds which gives the venue a real country wedding feel offering beautiful views for photographs. The venue also offers exclusive use to its couples, meaning that you can relax and enjoy your day with just your chosen guests in complete privacy.
The Oak Barn
Couples can have exclusive use of this farm and their facilities. Two beautiful barns and five cottages for on site accommodation - ideal! The venue can welcome up to 135 guests for dinner and up to 200 for the evening reception. It is a peaceful venue set in 25 acres of sheep fields with a wealth of stunning spots for photographs including their terrace, waterfall and lily pond.
The Ferry House
The Ferry House is a flexible venue where you can choose from a variety of options to suit your needs. Ceremonies can be held outside in the oak gazebo or inside the oak barn depending on what time of year you are getting married. The reception venue is also flexible for many different sizes of party. More intimate receptions of up to 70 guests can enjoy their celebrations in the oak barn. Alternatively you can move from your barn ceremony to the event suite overlooking the gardens and estuary for a more lavish reception and welcome up to 300 evening guests (200 seated), giving you the best of both worlds. If that wasnt enough there are also eleven on site 4* guest rooms!
The Cherry Barn
This 17th Century barn is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which will look stunning all year round. The venue can hold up to 150 seated guests for your celebration and has a lovely garden and patio area for the all
important photographs. If youre keen on a religious ceremony there is a Norman church just a short walk away so you can combine your church wedding and rustic reception all within a local area - meaning less travel for guests. On site accommodation is also available for added convenience.
Odos Barn
Odos barn is a stunning 15th century tithe barn that matches rustic charm of a barn venue with lavish touches such as handmade golden Italian chandeliers and warm carpeted flooring. Up to 120 seated guests can be accommodated and with only one wedding a week you have exclusive use, including time to set up any special touches the day before. The venue also has a meadow which can be used for camping and beautiful views of the surrounding Romney Marsh.
The Old Kent Barn
This multi award winning venue, set in beautiful landscaped grounds, has a variety of options for your special ceremony. You can choose to get married in their outdoor gazebo in the summer or to marry inside the oak barn, which can seat up to 150 guests. If you have a large guest list you can invite up to a whopping 250 to the evening reception where guests can enjoy the dining area, bar and dance floor all in one place - keeping your party together and creating a wonderful atmosphere.
